Getting started

That's the whole point. If you can send a text message and tap a button, you can run this. Day to day you talk to your Office Manager the way you'd text a person — a voice note, a photo, a tap to approve — on the phone already in your pocket. There is a full dashboard behind it holding your calendar, your customers and your invoices, and you get a login to it on day one because it's yours. Most owners open it twice a year. Nothing in there is something you have to learn to get the value.
Two to four weeks from kickoff, depending on how much you're switching on. One worker — estimates, say — sits at the fast end. A full office with scheduling, recurring customers and a CRM migration sits at the slow end. The slow part is never the technology; it's getting your real invoice, your service list and your rates out of your head and into the configuration. The faster you get us one real document, the faster all of it goes.
Then keep it. Custom integrations are part of the Executive tier, and plenty of businesses run this alongside what they've got rather than replacing it.

Money & terms

Yes — a one-time build fee before the monthly starts. It covers configuring the system to your business: your real documents, your rates, your service list, your CRM, and running the whole loop on live jobs until it's right. We charge for it because it's the genuine work, and because a build someone paid for is a build that actually gets used. What it comes to depends on how much you're switching on, and you'll have the number in writing before you agree to anything.
No. Month to month from day one, cancel any time with 30 days' notice in writing — no initial term, no auto-renewing year, no early-termination charge. If you'd rather commit to a full year, there's a discounted annual rate; it's worth taking once you've watched the system work for a month or two, not before. Either way, the build fee up front is what makes this possible — we're not trying to recover the setup cost by tying you down. Your data and your documents come with you whenever you go. We'd rather earn next month than trap you in the last one.
Yes, with one honest distinction. Your domain, your phone number, your CRM and everything inside it, your customer list, your documents and your reviews are yours from day one — built in your name, and they leave with you whenever you go. No hostage situations. The automation behind them — the workers that write the estimate, send the invoice and ask for the review — is built and run by us for as long as you're on the monthly. That's what the monthly actually buys: not software you have to babysit, but someone whose job it is to keep it working. If you'd rather own the automation outright, there's a buy-out and we'll quote it. Most owners decide they'd rather not own something they'd then have to maintain themselves.

How it works

Nothing reaches your customer until you've tapped approve. The Office Manager drafts the estimate and sends it back to you first — you read it, change anything you want, and only then does it go out. It also won't invent a number: if a rate isn't in your configuration it stops and asks you rather than guessing. And nothing goes to anyone at all until we've run the whole loop end to end on one of your real jobs and you've watched it work.
No — that's deliberate. We rebuild the document you already send, measured off the real thing. Your header, your licence number, your wording. The only difference your customer notices is that it arrived faster.
It's where you talk to your Office Manager. Telegram because it's free, it works on every phone, it handles voice notes and files natively, and it's an app your crew can already use. No new login, no new app to install for most people.
Depends what it is, and we'll tell you which before you commit to anything. Changing your rates, your wording, or the services on your list is a config change — a couple of those a month are included in the monthly, no quote and no waiting. Anything that's genuinely new build work — a second crew calendar, a different pricing structure for commercial jobs, a workflow that doesn't exist yet — gets quoted first, so you see the number before we start and never open a surprise invoice. Most requests turn out to be the first kind.
Yes. The number at the bottom of this page is answered by one — call it and you'll be talking to the same thing your customers would. It answers questions about your services, takes the caller's details, and books the job straight into your calendar instead of leaving a voicemail you'll return three hours later. That's the AI receptionist, and it's on the Executive tier. Voice dictation — you talking to your Office Manager to get an estimate written on the drive home — is a different thing and it's included from Starter up.

Working with us

No. Landscaping is where the first full build happened, and it's a natural fit, but the same system runs for any service business that quotes work and sends invoices — construction, auto, cleaning, pest, pool, HVAC. Our founding client is an auto shop.
John 3:16. It's the standard the business is measured against, not a marketing angle — and it's the reason we'll tell you when we're not the right fit for you.
